What if the doctor does not respond within the guaranteed time?

Your request will be automatically cancelled by the system. But you may recreate an appointment.

Do you issue Medical Certificates?

Yes. Take note that a medical certificate is a legal document affixed with my signature so there will be an additional charge. Medical certificates are not part of insurance coverage and shall only be given for specific valid reasons and after the consultation.

Do I need to pay first to get an appointment?

Since I only accept face to face consultation, you may pay after the consultation at the physical clinic.

Can I book a face to face consultation with you?
