Do you issue Medical Certificates?

Yes. Take note that a medical certificate is a legal document affixed with my signature so there will be an additional laboratory and radiologic testing if needed to be done. Illnesses that have passed their time (example: If you had a bout of flu like symptoms for 7 days and only had a consultation after getting better) will not be qualified for any medical certificate issuance. Medical certificates are not part of insurance coverage and shall only be given for specific valid reasons and after the consultation.
