Dr. Lao is a board Certified Internist and Gastroenterologist in the Philippines. He finished his Advance Therapeutic Endoscopy Training (ERCP/EUS/EMR/FMT) at Prince of Wales Hospital of The Chinese University of Hong Kong, Hong Kong, SAR. He was the Most Outstanding Resident in Internal Medicine at CGHMC (2017) and one of the top 3 candidates for Most Outstanding Fellow in Training in Gastroenterology by PSG (2021). He presented numerous research papers in international conventions namely APDW, APASL, IDDF, Asian EUS Congress and KDDW. He also published research papers in reputable journals locally and internationally.
