I am currently not HMO-accredited for online consult. For clinic visits I am accredited with Maxicare but please provide the LOA prior to consult.

How much is the consultation?

Consultation fee is Php 500 and medical certificate is Php 200

Do you issue Medical Certificates?

Yes but with an additional fee of Php 200

Do I need to pay first to get an appointment?

No. Payment may be done after the consultation.
