Absolutely. Your privacy is a top priority. All sessions are conducted confidentially and in accordance with the ethical standards for Registered Guidance Counselors and applicable privacy laws. Confidentiality may only be limited when required by law or when there is a serious risk of harm to yourself or others.
Do you issue counseling certificates?
Yes. A Certificate of Attendance or Certificate of Consultation may be issued upon request after a completed counseling session. Please note that these certificates only verify your attendance or consultation and do not certify mental fitness, psychological diagnosis, fitness for work/school, or any legal or medical determination. Additional documentation may be subject to professional assessment and applicable fees.
What can I expect during my first session?

Do you prescribe medications?
No. As a Registered Guidance Counselor (RGC), I provide professional counseling, psychoeducation, and guidance services. If medication or psychiatric evaluation is needed, I can assist you with an appropriate referral.
How long is each counseling session?
Each counseling session lasts 60 minutes, providing ample time for meaningful discussion, reflection, and collaborative planning

What if I arrive late or miss my appointment?
To ensure fairness to all clients, appointments begin and end as scheduled. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late without prior notice, the session may be shortened or considered a missed appointment, subject to clinic policy.
How should I prepare for my online appointment?
Choose a quiet, private space with a reliable internet connection. Using headphones is recommended to enhance privacy and minimize distractions. Please log in 5–10 minutes before your scheduled session.
Can I reschedule my appointment?
Yes. Rescheduling requests are welcome if made at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. Requests made with shorter notice may be subject to the clinic's rescheduling and cancellation policy.
Is this service appropriate for mental health emergencies?
No. This service is not intended for crisis intervention or emergency care. If you are experiencing a mental health emergency or are at immediate risk of harming yourself or others, please proceed to the nearest emergency department or contact your local emergency services immediately.
