Do I need to pay first to get an appointment?
Yes, a minimum booking fee will be charged before the request is received. The booking fee is payed for the use of the services of the app such as setting an appointment and keeping your record. Unfortunately, the booking fee is non-refundable upon cancellation of the booking.
Will I be getting my prescriptions with online consultation?
Regulated drugs requiring PDEA PRESCRIPTION or Yellow Rx, will only be prescribed after a face-to-face consultation in DLSUMC MAC Rm. 529 on Tuesdays and Thursdays, by appointment.
