Dr. Adrien Pierre Quidlat

MD

I am an orthopaedic surgeon from the Philippines. I completed a foot and ankle surgery fellowship at Konkuk University Medical Center in Seoul and am currently pursuing fellowship training at O.A.S.I. Medical Center in Milan under Prof. Gobbi. I treat orthopaedic problems across the body, including knee, hip, shoulder, foot and ankle, hand and wrist conditions; arthritis, sports injuries, cartilage damage, tendon/ligament injuries, fractures, overuse pain, and recovery after surgery. My focused work is in joint and cartilage preservation, bio-orthopaedics, orthobiologics, regenerative orthopaedics, and rehab-guided recovery. When appropriate, I help patients explore non-surgical and joint-preserving options that aim to reduce pain, improve function, protect cartilage, and delay or avoid more invasive surgery. At O.A.S.I., I am gaining focused experience in biologic and injection-based treatments, including platelet-rich plasma (PRP), hyaluronic acid, PRP–hyaluronic acid combinations, bone marrow aspirate concentrate (BMAC), and P.A.S.T.A., which combines PRP with adipose-derived stromal tissue from the patient’s own processed fat tissue in selected joint and cartilage conditions. These use the patient’s own biologic materials to support the body’s healing environment when appropriate. My approach is evidence-informed and function-oriented. I help patients understand their condition, review options, and make clear decisions toward pain relief, mobility, and daily life.

Online consultation is available for bone, joint, muscle, tendon, ligament, and sports-related concerns, including knee, hip, shoulder, foot and ankle pain, arthritis, cartilage problems, fractures, tendon or ligament injuries, overuse pain, and post-injury or post-surgical follow-up. I am an orthopaedic surgeon from the Philippines with foot and ankle fellowship training in Seoul and ongoing fellowship training at O.A.S.I. Medical Center in Milan, Italy, under Prof. Alberto Gobbi. My current focus includes joint and cartilage preservation, orthobiologics, regenerative orthopaedics, and rehab-guided recovery. Online consults are useful for initial assessment, X-ray/MRI/laboratory review, second opinions, treatment planning, biologic or injection-based treatment discussions such as PRP or hyaluronic acid when appropriate, rehabilitation guidance, and monitoring of recovery. My goal is to help patients understand their condition clearly, know their non-surgical and surgical options, and choose a practical plan aimed at pain relief, better movement, joint preservation, and return to daily life. Please upload relevant X-rays, MRI results, lab results, prescriptions, medical records, and photos or videos when applicable. Severe trauma, open wounds, infection, deformity, progressive numbness or weakness, or inability to bear weight may require urgent face-to-face or emergency care.
