Frequently Asked Questions

Do I need to pay first to get an appointment?

If you wish to book a teleconsult, you will be charged the consultation fee upon booking your appointment. For face-to-face consultations, fees are paid at the clinic.

What happens if I am late for my teleconsultation appointment?

Teleconsults are scheduled according to certain time-blocks. Accommodating late patients will cause a snowballing effect on the subsequent scheduled consults. For this reason, appointments where patients are late will be rescheduled according to the doctor's availability. They may also be cancelled, if the patient wishes.

How much is the consultation?

Teleconsults are P1000. Consults for insomnia (difficulty sleeping) are P2500. Fees for face-to-face consults in the clinic depend on whether it is an ENT or a Sleep consult, and whether a clinic procedure is necessary.
