Do you issue Medical Certificates?

I can provide certificates or letters when they are clinically appropriate and based on our sessions. These are not issued automatically upon request and may require additional assessment depending on the purpose (e.g., school, work, medical leave). Please let me know the specific reason so I can guide you on the process.

What can I expect in our first session?

We’ll discuss your concerns, goals, and background so I can understand how best to support you. It’s also a chance for you to see if my approach feels right for you.

What are your cancellation, no-show and late arrival policies?

In general, all clients must provide the psychologist a minimum of 24 hours notice in the event of a cancellation. Clients arriving late will not be provided an extension of time beyond what they were scheduled so as not to disrupt other client appointments. No reduction in fees will result from shortened sessions due to a client’s late arrival. Additionally, if a client misses two appointments, your psychologist has the option to terminate services and refer you to another psychologist for services.
