Do you issue Medical Certificates?

Yes. (Please note that a medical certificate is a document affixed with my signature so there will be a SEPARATE ADDITIONAL FEE per document on top of the consultation fee.) Medical certificates are not part of insurance coverage and shall only be given for specific valid reasons and after the consultation is made.

Which HMO's/Healthcards do you accept?

I do not accept HMOs for my online clinic. Should you wish to use your HMO, you may visit my clinics in ManilaMed, Healthway 8 Adriatico Manila, The Medical City Clinic SM Manila.

How long do I need to wait to get a response to my booking request?

I usually respond within 1 hour from the booking request. Should your concern be urgent or an emergency, kindly proceed to the nearest ER. Alternatively, you may proceed to ManilaMed or Manila Doctors Hospital where I am affiliated.
