Can I cancel or reschedule my appointment?

Cancellations and refunds will only be honored if requested at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. Failure to provide this notice will result in forfeiture of payment. If you wish to reschedule your appointment, please inform us at least 24 hours in advance. Please note that only one rescheduling will be accommodated. If you are still unable to attend or commit to the new schedule, your payment will not be refunded. This allows us to efficiently manage our schedule while respecting the time of the psychiatrist and other clients who are in need of appointments.

Do you accept pediatric patients?

As of now, I only accept patients 19 years old or older.

How long does a typical session last?

A typical session lasts around 45 minutes to one hour per patient. It highly advised for the patient to be in a quiet and private area during the session.

Which HMO's/Healthcards do you accept?

As of now I am not affiliated with any HMO's/healthcards.

Do you issue Medical Certificates?

Yes, however, medical certificates ONLY when deemed necessary. It is up to my discretion if a certificate will be issued.

How long will my doctor wait for me if I'm late for our face-to-face consultation?

I will give a 15 minute window time from the time of appointment, if the patient is still not present, I will entertain the next patient. Should you want to adjust your schedule, kindly let me know in advance.
