Dr. Alexa Kiat, a psychiatrist, specializing in General and Adult Psychiatry. She completed her training in Psychiatry in the Makati Medical Center - Section of Psychiatry, where she served as the chief resident in my last year. Prior to her residency training, she was a general physician for two years. She completed my degree in Doctor of Medicine in Manila Central University. She had my pre-med in the University of Santo Tomas where she majored in BS Pharmacy and then became a Registered Pharmacist. She has experience in working with patients with general psychiatric concerns such as depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, psychosis and substance abuse. Presently, she is an associate member of the Philippine Psychiatric Association (PPA). Please take note that for emergency situations, such as thoughts of self-harm, suicide, harm to others, episodes of violence or agitation, or any urgent concern, please head to the nearest emergency room for immediate care.
