How long does a typical session last?

A typical session lasts around 20-30 minutes per patient. It can take longer depending on the case and needs of the patient.

Which HMO's/Healthcards do you accept?

Currently, I do not accept HMOs/Healthcards.

What can I expect once I have booked an appointment?

I will reach out to you via the app and ask you to send clear photos of your skin concern/s. You may also send relevant photos of any products you are using/have used. Once with an appointment schedule, just log unto the app and wait for the call.

How long do I need to wait to get a response to my booking request?

You can expect a response within 30 minutes of submitting your booking request.

Can I book a schedule today?

Yes. As long as there is an available schedule, requests for appointments will be immediately accommodated. If not accepted within 24 hours, your request will be automatically cancelled by the system.

Do you issue Medical Certificates?

Yes. Take note that a medical certificate is a legal document affixed with my signature so there will be an additional charge of P150. Medical certificates are not part of insurance coverage and shall only be given for specific valid reasons and after the consultation.
