How much is the consultation?
My rates are as follows:
For new patients: 400 Php
For existing patients: 350 Php
For medical certificates/fit-to-work/clearances: 100 Php per document *may be waived if with valid Senior Citizen or PWD ID
Do I need to pay first to get an appointment?
Yes.
How long do I need to wait to get a response to my booking request?
I respond to booking requests within 24 hours
Do you issue Medical Certificates?
Yes.
Do you issue a fit to work certificate?
Yes (subject of course to the current assessment).
How does my company validate a medical certificate?
Your company may email me directly validation. My email address can be requested after the consultation.
How do I request the LOA?
I am note affiliated with any HMOs.
It's past my appointment time, is the consultation still going to proceed?
Depending on the time that passed. If it is more than 5 minutes past the appointment time, this will be classified as a no show and will be subject to the full consult fee.
If I cancel my request for consultation, do I get a refund?
Yes if it is done 10 mins before the consultation proper. However, a no show (5 mins past the consultation schedule) will get no refunds. This may be contested if with valid evidence of emergency at the time of consultation.
Can I contact you outside the consultation?
You may contact me after successfully booking a consultation and up to 24 hours after the session.
I am not getting any replies from you, what should I do?
If you messaged me 24 hours past the consultation, then I am unlikely to reply unless you have booked for another consult. Kindly contact the platform directly regarding important concerns (i.e. requests for refunds)
Is this just the booking fee or is it already the full consultation amount?
I am displaying my consultation fee. Additional fee is charged by the platform indipendent of my rates.
Can I be late? Can I be late in sending labs and photos?
Being late past 5 mins of the session will entail a no show status and will be charged the full fee. You may send the labs and photos after booking, during the consult and 24 hours after the session.
Do you charge for follow-up consultations?
Yes. For follow-up consultations as well as existing patients, I charge a fee of 350 Php. However, if it is just for laboratory interpretation without further management, the fee may be reduced on a case to case basis.
The name/address/birthday on the prescription has a spelling error, how do I correct this?
Please send a message to me so we can update our records and resend you a correct document.
My booking got rescheduled to a date I am not available, what now?
You may send a message through the platform regarding your situation within 24 hours of the date of the original schedule. Failure to do so will be subject to the full fee of the consultation.
Can I invite another person during the call?
Yes. However, kindly inform me as early as possible.
What is the "Reason for Booking / Chief Complaint" field for?
A single word or phrase regarding your most pressing symptom or concern.
Do you accept international patients?
Yes. However, kindly note that the documents usually issued after a consult (e.g. prescriptions and medical certificates) may not be valid outside of the Philippines.
Do you have a guide when it comes to taking photos of my skin?
Kindly make sure that the photo is:
1. Well lit
2. Clear
3. Taken at a 90-degree angle of the lesion (i.e. the camera is at the level of the lesion)
3. Beside a small object with a standard size for reference (e.g. 1-peso and 5-peso coins, bottle caps, etc.)
