Do you issue Medical Certificates?

Yes. Take note that a medical certificate is a legal document affixed with my signature so there will be an additional charge. Medical certificates are not part of insurance coverage and shall only be given for specific valid reasons and after the consultation.

Do you issue Nephrology clearance?

Yes. Take note that the Nephrology clearance is a legal document affixed with my signature so there will be an additional charge. It is not part of insurance coverage and shall only be given for specific valid reasons and after the consultation.

Do I need to pay first to get an appointment?

For face-to-face checkup, you will pay at the clinic after our consultation. For online consultation, consultation fee will be paid upon booking. A separate bill will be charged after if medical certificate or clearance is given.

Which HMO's/Healthcards do you accept?

HMO/health cards accepted in physical clinics only. Please contact my secretary or the hospital's HMO hub to confirm.
