Frequently Asked Questions

How long does a typical session last?

A typical session lasts around 30-60 minutes per patient, though this may vary depending on the patient's needs. This includes the assessment, management, and psychotherapy if warranted.

Do you issue Medical Certificates?

Yes. Take note that a medical certificate (e.g. fit-to-work, PWD) is a legal document affixed with the doctor's signature, along with the corresponding time and effort in writing and validating these documents; hence, there will be an additional charge of Php 500. Medical certificates shall only be given for specific and valid reasons, after the consultation.

Do you issue yellow/S2 prescriptions?

Yes. Do take note that pharmacies require physical copies of these prescriptions for certain drugs, which are also quite limited. Thus, such prescriptions will come with an additional cost, which will cover the shipping fee to your place of residence. However, other non-S2 medications will not require additional costs and will be sent online as usual.
