Frequently Asked Questions

How long does a typical session last?

A typical session lasts around 30-60 minutes per patient, though this may vary depending on the patient's needs. This includes the diagnosis / assessment, management, and psychotherapy if warranted.

Do you issue Medical Certificates?

Yes. All medical certificates (e.g., fit-to-work, PWD) are legal documents that require the doctor's signature, as well as the time and effort necessary for its preparation and validation. Hence, an additional fee of Php 500 will be charged for its issuance. Medical certificates will only be provided for specific and valid reasons after the consultation.

Do you issue yellow/S2 prescriptions?

Yes. However, pharmacies require physical copies of these prescriptions for certain drugs; thus, such prescriptions will come with an additional fee of Php 400 (plus Php 100 for each additional sheet). Said fee will cover the shipping to your location, along with the additional cost of maintaining the S2 license and sheet. However, other non-S2 medications will not require additional costs and will be sent online as usual.
