Do you issue psychological certificate?
Yes, psychological certificates may be provided when clinically appropriate after consultation and/or psychotherapy sessions. These may include certificates for fitness to work, unfitness to work, proof of consultation, ongoing psychotherapy, school or workplace requirements, clearance purposes, or recommended adjustments when necessary.
Please note that certificates are issued based on professional clinical judgment.
The fee for a psychological certificate is ₱300.
Can I book a schedule today?
Yes. As long as there is an available schedule, requests for appointments will be immediately accommodated. If not accepted within 24 hours, your request will be automatically cancelled by the system.
Informed Consent
By scheduling an appointment, you agree to participate in online psychological services such as consultation, counseling, or psychotherapy provided by a licensed psychologist.
All information shared during sessions will be kept private and confidential in accordance with the Data Privacy Act of 2012. However, there may be certain situations where confidentiality cannot be fully maintained, such as cases involving safety concerns, legal obligations, or court orders.
Please note that online sessions may occasionally experience technical difficulties or interruptions. Participation in psychological services is completely voluntary, and clients are encouraged to ask questions or express any concerns at any point during the process.
By submitting an online appointment request, you are providing informed consent for telepsychology services.
For clients below 18 years old, consent from a parent or legal guardian, along with the minor’s assent, is required before services can begin.
