Can I book a schedule today?

Yes. As long as there is an available schedule, requests for appointments will be immediately accommodated. If not accepted within 24 hours, your request will be automatically cancelled by the system.

Do you issue psychological certificate?

Yes, psychological certificates may be issued when clinically appropriate based on consultation and/or psychotherapy sessions. These may include documentation such as fitness to work or unfitness to work, depending on clinical judgment. Certificates may also be provided as proof of consultation or ongoing psychotherapy for school or workplace requirements, clearance purposes, or for recommended adjustments when applicable. The fee for a psychological certificate is ₱300.

Informed Consent

By scheduling an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to participate in online psychological services, including consultation, counseling, or psychotherapy (telepsychology), provided by a licensed psychologist in accordance with the Psychology Act of 2009 and the Mental Health Act. Your privacy and confidentiality will be protected under the Data Privacy Act of 2012. However, confidentiality may be limited in cases involving legal obligations, safety risks, or court-issued requirements. Telepsychology services may be subject to technical difficulties or interruptions. Participation in psychological services is voluntary, and clients are encouraged to ask questions or raise any concerns at any time during the process. By submitting an online appointment request, you are providing informed consent for telepsychology services. For clients below 18 years old, services may only begin with the consent of a parent or legal guardian, together with the minor’s assent.
