Do you issue Medical Certificates?

Yes. Take note that a medical certificate is a legal document affixed with my signature so there will be an additional charge per document. Medical certificates are not part of insurance coverage and shall only be given for specific valid reasons and after the consultation. Please note that issuance of medical certificates is based on the discretion of the physician.

If I cancel my request for consultation, do I get a refund?

Teleconsult cancellations made after confirmation are non-refundable, as the time slot has already been reserved exclusively for you. However, you may request to reschedule, subject to availability.

How long does a typical session last?

A typical session lasts around 20 minutes per patient. It can take longer depending on the complexity of your case and the care you need.. Please note that additional charges may apply for extended sessions, multiple concerns, or complex cases requiring prolonged discussion or review of extensive records.

Do I need to pay first to get an appointment?

Yes. For teleconsultations, payment must be completed before I can receive and confirm your request. For in-clinic consultations, you don’t need to pay in advance. You may settle the fee after our consultation at the clinic.

Which HMO's/Healthcards do you accept?

Kindly contact your preferred physical clinic for questions on HMO coverage. Online consultations are charged on a cash basis only.

Can I book a face to face consultation with you?

Yes. You may choose to book a consultation through the NowServing platform, or through the contact details provided in each clinic.

Can I book a schedule today?

Yes, you may book a teleconsultation as long as there is an available slot. Consultations are available from Monday to Saturday, depending on the day’s schedule and case load. Booking in advance is recommended to secure your preferred time slot.

Can I message you via the NowServing app?

Yes, you can send me a message through the NowServing app once I have accepted your appointment. You will receive a reply as soon as possible. Please note that messages are meant for clarifications only related to your recent consultation. For any new concerns or if you need a follow-up consultation, kindly schedule a new appointment through the platform to ensure proper assessment and documentation.
