Which HMO's/Healthcards do you accept?

Yes, I accept the following: Maxicare, Intellicare, AVEGA, iCare or Insular health care, Medicard, Philcare. Please secure your LOA prior to consult. No LOA = no consult.

Do you issue Medical Certificates?

Yes. For non-HMO patients, issuance of a medical certificate would cost an additional charge of Php 100 on top of consultation fee. For patients under HMO, that would be Php 250.

Do I need to pay first to get an appointment?

Yes, you will have to pay the fee before I will receive the request. The consultation fee includes the following: examining the patient regarding the complaint, giving the correct diagnosis, and giving the appropriate management/prescription. There is a no-refund policy for no show and last minute cancellation.

What services do you offer?

Services Offered: Sick child consultation, Well-baby / Well-child check-ups, Vaccination (pediatric and adult), Medical certificates (work/school absence, pre-employment, fit to work, return to work, travel clearance), School and medical clearance, lab requests,reading & interpretation of laboratories, prescription refill, second opinion, COVID19 consult & home care, pre & post vaccination concerns, etc.
