Can I book a schedule today?

Yes, if availability permits. However, it is advisable that requests for appointments will be made at least 24 hours prior the available schedule.

How long do I need to wait to get a response to my booking request?

I will respond to your request as soon as possible, and/or within 24 hours upon request.

How long does a typical session last?

A typical session lasts around an average of 45-60 minutes per patient. It can take longer depending on the case and needs of the patient. Please take note that the first session will be for intake interview and initial consultation.

Cancellation/Rescheduling/No Show Policy

Rescheduling and Cancellations must be done 24 hours before the appointment. Rescheduling and/or cancellations on client's end made less than 24 hours before the appointment will be considered as No Show, and thus, refunds cannot be made. Furthermore, there is a 15-minute grace period to join the virtual room/call. If you fail to join within the said period, the session will also be tagged as No Show.
