Do I need to pay first to get an appointment?
Yes, you will have to pay the fee before I will receive the request. The consultation fee includes only the following: examining the patient regarding the complaint, giving the most appropriate diagnosis, and giving the appropriate management/prescription. There will be additional fees for medical certificates and other documents of similar nature.
Can I get a physical copy of my official receipt?
Soft copies are sent via SeriousMD/Now Serving. If physical copies are needed, official receipts can be picked up in Medical Center Manila from 2 to 3 PM on Saturdays only. Please coordinate with Ms. Roma Tolentino at Mobile: +639774293738 for pick-up. Thank you!
