Angelo Aga D. Silvestre is a licensed psychologist and psychometrician, a Master’s degree in Psychology from the Polytechnic University of the Philippines (PUP). He’s finishing his Doctor of Philosophy in Psychology, majoring in Clinical and Counseling Psychology, at Holy Angel University (HAU) and holds an Honorary Doctorate of Philosophy in Psychology. Specializes in providing counseling and psychotherapy for children, adults, couples, and families. His expertise includes developmental assessments including ADHD, autism screenings, conduct and behavioral problems, clinical diagnoses, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and grief counseling. He also conducts psychological assessments for pre-employment, legal cases such as VAWC, adoption, nullity of marriage (annulment).

Do you issue Medical Certificates?
No, only Mental Health (MH) Certificate, Take note that a mental health certificate is a legal document affixed with my signature so there will be an additional charge of Php1,000. MH certificates are not part of insurance coverage and shall only be given for specific valid reasons and after the clinical consultation and screening.
Do I need to pay first to get an appointment?
Yes, you will have to pay the fee before I will receive the request. The consultation fee includes only the following: examining the patient regarding the complaint, giving the correct diagnosis, and giving the appropriate management/treatment. There will be additional fees charges to you for any additional services offered during the consultation.
