What if I missed my appointment?

We always encourage letting us know as early as possible if you need to reschedule. We truly understand that unexpected things can happen, there is an allowable 15-minute consideration, but sessions that are no-shows are non-refundable. This is because the reserved time slot could have been offered to another client who may need support.

Do you issue Medical Certificates?

Yes, and it is provided for FREE. Instead of a Medical Certificate, I will furnish a Mental Health Certificate or Clearance, signed by myself. Such documentation can be issued upon the request of a client. However, please be advised of its limited scope, as consultations are conducted online. It should not be utilized for comprehensive diagnosis, legal verification, insurance claims, or any claims involving financial or other benefits. It will only be issued for legitimate reasons once ongoing sessions have adequately confirmed the client's condition.

What does it mean to be your client?

Being my client means having access to consistent, supportive care even after sessions have ended. Follow-up consultations are also available at a more affordable rate to help track progress, address concerns, and guide next steps.

How long do I need to wait to get a response to my booking request?

ASAP. Because you deserve genuine care, respect, and understanding, we use these to craft a personalized strategy that suits your unique situation, not someone else's.

How long does a typical session last?

I often call slightly early so we can settle in and chat briefly before we dive into the session. Sessions are generally 45-60 minutes. Here’s a BONUS: If the conversation needs a few extra minutes to wrap up properly, I'm usually happy to extend free of charge, depending on my schedule and the demands of the discussion
