Why is my scheduled appointment taking longer than expected or sometimes cancelled at the last minute??
While we do our best to follow the schedule closely, there are times when unexpected OB-GYN emergencies arise that need to be attended to immediately. These may include:
Patients in labor,
Emergency bleeding,
Pregnancy complications,
Postpartum emergencies.
In such cases, we need to prioritize their care to ensure the safety of both mother and baby. This may cause some delay in seeing our regularly scheduled patients.
🙏 We ask for your kind understanding and patience.
We assure you that each patient is important to us, and we value every appointment. If ever your turn takes longer than expected, please know that when it’s your time, you will receive the same focused care and attention.
Emergencies are never scheduled, and we handle them with urgency and compassion — just as we would if it were you or your loved one in the same situation.
Do you issue Medical Certificates?
Yes. Take note that a medical certificate is a legal document affixed with my signature so there will be an additional charge of 300.00. Medical certificates are not part of insurance coverage and shall only be given for specific valid reasons and after the consultation.
