Dr. Torga is a General Adult Psychiatrist trained at the University of the Philippines – Philippine General Hospital (UP-PGH). She graduated Magna Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of the Philippines Diliman, earned her Doctor of Medicine degree from the University of the Philippines College of Medicine, and is a candidate for the Master of Clinical Science in Psychiatry, as part of her advanced clinical training at UP-PGH. Dr. Torga has training and experience in multiple therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Psychodynamic Psychotherapy, Mentalization-Based Therapy (MBT), Trauma-Focused Therapy, Interpersonal Therapy (IPT), and Biological Psychiatry. She works with adults experiencing anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, trauma-related stress, psychotic symptoms, neurodevelopmental conditions, personality-related concerns, and mind-body difficulties. Her clinical practice integrates evidence-based medication management and psychotherapeutic care, with the goal of providing a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental space where patients can work toward long-term emotional well-being and recovery.
