Dr. Torga is a General Adult Psychiatrist trained at the University of the Philippines – Philippine General Hospital (UP-PGH). She provides compassionate, patient-centered care through a collaborative and individualized approach. Dr. Torga works with adults experiencing anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, trauma-related stress, psychotic symptoms, personality-related concerns, and mind-body difficulties. With evidence-based medication management and psychotherapeutic care, Dr. Torga's goal is to create a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental space to help patients move toward long-term emotional well-being and recovery.
