Dr. Torga is a General Adult Psychiatrist trained at the University of the Philippines – Philippine General Hospital (UP-PGH). She graduated Magna Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of the Philippines Diliman, earned her Doctor of Medicine degree from the University of the Philippines College of Medicine, and is a candidate for the Master of Clinical Science in Psychiatry as part of her advanced clinical training.
