Dr. Tabuena is Philippine board certified general and adult psychiatrist who manages thought, emotional, and behavioral concerns/conditions in collaboration with the patients themselves. I usually assess a patient minimum of 30-45 minutes per session or more depending on the case. Apart from this, as a psychiatrist, I may or may not prescribe psychotropic medication/s depending on the case and its severity. Upon booking, please do not expect that the requested session will be on the same time you requested. Please at least give me a day to reply and schedule the session since this is an outpatient basis consultation. Urgent or emergent services can be provided by the emergency department hospital setting near you. Moreover, consultations requested within my responsibility as a government personnel will be scheduled to the days I am not working there to avoid ethical and legal consequences.
