Yes. Take note that a medical certificate is a legal document affixed with my signature so there will be an additional charge of 500-700php. Medical certificates are not part of insurance coverage and shall only be given for specific valid reasons and after the consultation.

How long do I need to wait to get a response to my booking request?

How much is the Mental Health Consultation Fee?

I understand that each consultation is unique, and I strive to provide the best mental health services to meet your individual needs. Mental health consultation fees are as follows: Duration: 30-45 minutes Fee: Starting at P1,000 per session. If a medical certificate is required, there will be an additional fee of P500-P700 (case dependent). Follow-Up Check-Up: Shorter sessions (15min): Starting at P500-P700 per session Longer sessions ( 30min or longer) with extensive management and therapeutic interventions: P1,000 or more per session I value your time and aim to provide comprehensive care during our consultations. If you require additional time beyond the standard duration, there may be additional fees to accommodate your needs.

How much is the fee for Non-mental Health consultations?

Non-mental health services range from P500 to P700. Non-mental health consults: Asthma, Hypertension, Diabetes, Viral or Bacterial Infections, other illnesses---this cases usually have shorter durations compared to mental health consultations. In addition to the base consultation fee, there may be additional charges in the following cases: Medical Certificates: If a medical certificate is required, an additional fee will be charged. Additional Management: In situations where additional management is necessary, such as extended discussion or therapeutic interventions, there may be an additional fee associated with these services. What if the doctor does not respond within the guaranteed time?

Your request will be automatically cancelled by the system.

Can I message you via the NowServing app?

Yes, you can send me a message through the NowServing app once I already accepted your appointment. You will receive a reply as soon as possible.

Can I book a face to face consultation with you?

All appointments are face to face consultations. I need to see and talk to you thru our virtual clinic.

Do I need to pay first to get an appointment?

No.I am a PRO member of SeriousMD. You can book an appointment without payment. Consultation Fees are charged after the e-consultation.

Can I book a schedule today?

Yes. As long as there is an available schedule, requests for appointments will be immediately accommodated. If not accepted within 24hrs, your request will be automatically cancelled by the system.
