While the doctor is shown as available during that time in the consultation app, please note that appointments are confirmed on a first reply basis. In cases where all available slots are filled, I will reach out to check if you're amenable to moving the consultation to another time. If you agree, your booking will be adjusted accordingly.

Can I message you via the NowServing app?

Can I book a schedule today?

Yes. As long as there is an available schedule, requests for appointments will be immediately accommodated.

Do you handle medico-legal cases? Can I seek psychiatric consultation to be used for medicolegal purposes?

No. Please be advised that I do not conduct psychological evaluations for medico-legal purposes, including 1. Court-related assessments 2. Legal fitness evaluations 3. Forensic psychological reports 4. Adoption 5. Annulment The consultation provided cannot be used or utilized for any medicolegal purposes. It is solely intended for medical evaluation. Certificates issued cannot be used for medicolegal purposes.

What should I do if I’m late, cannot make it to my schedule or need to reschedule?

If you were unable to attend your scheduled appointment, I can reschedule it for you at no additional cost. However, please note that it may take some time, especially if other slots or days have already been booked, as the new schedule will depend on availability. I would always appreciate it if you could make it on time for your appointments. Please message me as soon as possible.

Do you issue Medical Certificates?

Yes. Take note that a medical certificate is a legal document affixed with my signature. It is free during first consultation, however, charges will apply on succeeding issuance(s). All issued certificates are not to be used for any medico-legal purposes. Issuance of the certificate shall be at the discretion of the physician, based on professional assessment.

How long does a typical session last?

A typical session lasts around one (1) hour for new consultation. Follow consultation lasts about thirty (30) minutes. It can take longer depending on the case and needs of the patient.
