Can I book a face to face consultation with you?

I currently don't have a physical clinic yet so all consults are online. I will update here if I already have face-to-face consults.

How long is the allotted grace period?

The allotted grace period is 15 minutes. If the session has not started within this time, it will be considered a no-show. You are allowed to reschedule once. However, if the rescheduled session is also missed, it will be considered a final no-show, and no refunds will be issued. If you wish to book another appointment, a new consultation fee will apply.

Do I need to pay first to get an appointment?

Yes, you will have to pay the fee before I will receive the request. The consultation fee includes only the following: examining the patient regarding the complaint, giving the correct diagnosis, and giving the appropriate management/prescription. There will be additional fees charges to you for any additional services offered during the consultation.

If the appointment is cancelled, can I get a refund?

Once I have accepted your request and we have agreed on a specific time, cancellations on your end will not be eligible for a refund. The same applies to missed appointments. However, I do allow a one-time rescheduling. If, on the other hand, I need to cancel due to scheduling conflicts or personal reasons, I will issue a full refund.

Do you issue medico-legal certificates?

No, medico-legal certificates are issued by psychiatrists with training in forensic psychiatry and are typically provided after at least three sessions. Forensic psychiatrists or evaluators differ from treating psychiatrists. However, if you are seeking a treating psychiatrist, I would be happy to fulfill that role for you.

How long does a typical session last?

The initial session lasts for 60 minutes. Succeeding sessions can last from 30 minutes to 45 minutes.

Can I message you on your social media accounts?

You may message my social media accounts (FB page, viber, email address) for scheduling concerns. All therapy content-related questions will be entertained during the session.

Do you see pediatric patients?

I only cater to adolescent and adult patients for now. (16 years old above)
