Can I book a schedule today?

As long as there is an available schedule, requests for appointments will be immediately accommodated. If not accepted within time frame allotted by NowServing, your request will be automatically cancelled any payments for booking the online appointment will be refunded by the system

Do I need to pay first to get an appointment?

Yes, you will have to pay the fee before I will receive the request. The consultation fee includes only the following: examining the patient regarding the complaint, giving the correct diagnosis, and giving the appropriate management/prescription. There will be additional fees charges to you for any additional services offered during the consultation.

How long do I need to wait to get a response to my booking request?

Kindly wait 24-48 hours for the confirmation of your booking request

How long does a typical session last?

A typical session lasts around 15-30 minutes per patient. It can take longer depending on the case and needs of the patient.

Do you issue Medical Certificates?

Yes. Take note that a medical certificate is a legal document affixed with my signature so there will be an additional charge. Medical certificates are not part of insurance coverage and shall only be given for specific valid reasons and after consultation.

Can I book a face to face consultation with you?

Yes. You may do so in these platforms or call the designated numbers of the respective clinics. For home/office vaccination or consultation, you may also message me here or through my social media page in FB or IG @dr.audrenwong

Can I message you on your social media accounts?

Please keep all consult-related questions here on this platform. You may contact my social media accounts to book a schedule for home visit/consult/vaccinations, review your baby's vaccinations, inquire regarding developmental screening. For any new concerns, please book another appointment.
