Yes, payment is required first before I can receive your request. The consultation fee already covers a counseling session lasting approximately 45 minutes to 1 hour.

What is the fee for a counselling consultation?

The consultation fee depends on the type of counseling service you require: Individual Counseling: Php 1,500 Pre-marital Counseling: Php 2,000 Couple/Relationship Counseling: Php 2,500 Family/Group Counseling: Php 3,500 Each session lasts for a maximum of one (1) hour and includes the full counseling consultation.

What if I need to cancel, reschedule, or miss my appointment?

Please notify me at least 24 hours before your scheduled session if you need to cancel or reschedule. This allows the appointment slot to be offered to another client. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice and no-show appointments (not attending the session without prior notice) may be considered a used session and are therefore non-refundable. If an emergency arises, please let me know as soon as possible so we can discuss the situation.

How long does a typical session last?

A typical session lasts around 45 to 60 minutes or 1hr maximum per patient.

Can I book a schedule today?

Yes. As long as there is an available schedule, requests for appointments will be immediately accommodated.

Can I message you via the NowServing app?

Yes, you can send me a message through the NowServing app once I already accepted your appointment. You will receive a reply as soon as possible.

Do you issue Medical Certificates?

No. I am unable to issue a medical certificate, as I am not a medical doctor. However, I can provide a Certificate of Counseling for an additional fee of ₱250.00.
