How do I get a schedule with you?

To all my previous patients, apologies for the meantime. I shall be on training hence I am not available for private consultations anymore for 2 years starting this end of May. Please understand and I hope you all well. Thankyou.

Do I need to pay first to get an appointment?

Yes, you will have to pay the fee before I will receive the request. The consultation fee includes only the following: examining the patient regarding the complaint, giving the correct diagnosis, and giving the appropriate management/prescription. There will be additional fees charges to you for any additional services offered during the consultation.

Can I book a schedule today?

Yes. As long as there is an available schedule, requests for appointments will be immediately accommodated. If not accepted within 24hours, your request will be automatically cancelled by the system.

Can you cater to Mandarin speaking patients?

Yes. I can speak Mandarin, Fukien, English and Tagalog, and can cater to any of these patients.

How long does a typical session last?

A typical session lasts around 15-30 minutes per patient. It can take longer depending on the case and needs of the patient.

Do you issue Medical Certificates?

Yes. Take note that a medical certificate is a legal document affixed with my signature so there will be an additional charge of [P300]. Medical certificates are not part of insurance coverage and shall only be given for specific valid reasons and after the consultation.
