Do you issue Medical Certificates?

Yes. Take note that a medical certificate is a legal document affixed with my signature so there will be an additional charge of 500 pesos. Medical certificates are not part of insurance coverage and shall only be given for specific valid reasons and after the consultation.

Can I get a refund if I cancel my appointment?

Yes, you can get a refund, but you need to cancel at least 4 hours before your scheduled appointment. Otherwise, your payment would not be refunded.

Which HMO's/Healthcards do you accept?

For Face to Face (clinic) consultations only. Yes, I accept the following: Maxicare and Intellicare.
