Do I need to pay first to get an appointment?
Yes, payment is made before consultation via the NowServing app. The consultation fee (P800 for new patients, P600 for previously seen patients/senior/PWD), includes only the following: examining the patient regarding the complaint, giving the correct diagnosis, and giving the appropriate management/prescription. There will be additional fees charges to you for any additional services offered during the consultation.
Do you issue medical certificates and cardiology clearance?
Yes. The final clearance with certification will be given after the initial consultation and appropriate laboratory tests are completed and interpreted. There will be an additional fee of P700 (fixed for all types of patients) for the medical certification/cardiology clearance/fit to work.
Do you offer preoperative medical or cardiology clearance?
Yes. The final preoperative clearance with certification will be given after the initial consultation and appropriate laboratory tests are completed and interpreted. Take note that a cardio preoperative clearance is a legal document affixed with my signature pertaining to your cardiovascular risk assessment prior to any procedure or surgery so there will be an additional charge of P650 (fixed for all patients).
