When booking for an online consult through SeriousMD, you will need to complete payment first prior scheduling your online consultation. For face-to-face consults, payment will be after the consultation is completed.

How long does a typical session last?

It usually takes 15 - 30 minutes per patient for both online and face to face consults.

If I cancel my request for consultation, do I get a refund?

Yes, you will be refunded if the actual consultation did not occur or otherwise decided by both parties.

Where is your Clinic located?

My Clinic is at Door 2, Koronadal Diagnostics, Atrium of Marbel, cor Judge Alba St. and Aguinaldo St., Koronadal City, South Cotabato. It is at the back of Protech Compound and across South Cotabato Provincial Hospital

Can I book a face to face consultation with you?

Yes, I prefer face-to-face consultation. My clinic schedule are on Mondays, Wednesdays and Thursdays 1PM-4PM. I highly recommend to book an appointment first prior to visiting the clinic to avoid inconvenience.
