Dr. Carlo Antonio Boado

Dr Carlo Antonio de Guzman Boado is a passionate and dedicated nephrologist who aims to provide excellent and compassionate care to patients with kidney diseases. He has extensive experience as an internist and adult nephrologist at St. Luke's Medical Center, where he is the head of the Glomerulonephritis Committee and a member of the Residency Training Committee. He graduated from the University of Santo Tomas with a Bachelor of Science and a Doctor of Medicine degree. He then went on to complete his residency training in Internal Medicine and fellowship in General Nephrology at St. Luke’s Medical Center in Quezon City Because of his interest in glomerular diseases and kidney transplantation, he further completed a subspecialty fellowship in Glomerular Diseases from the Glomerular Disease Study and Trial Consortium and is currently undergoing an advanced fellowship training in Transplant Nephrology at the Singapore General Hospital, under a joint fellowship grant from the International Society of Nephrology (ISN) and the Asian Pacific Society of Nephrology (APSN). He is also a member of several prestigious professional societies, such as the ISN, the American Society of Nephrology, and the American College of Physicians.
