Dr. Clint P. Guitarte is an orthopaedic and spine surgeon practicing in Cagayan de Oro City. He earned his Bachelor’s degree in Molecular Biology and Biotechnology from the University of the Philippines Diliman and his Doctor of Medicine from the University of the Philippines Manila, where he was recognized as the Most Outstanding Intern in Orthopaedics at the Philippine General Hospital. He completed his Orthopaedic Surgery residency at the Philippine General Hospital and ranked 1st in the 2019 Philippine Board of Orthopaedics Diplomate Examinations. He subsequently underwent advanced fellowship training in Complex Spine Surgery in Sydney, Australia, training at the Macquarie Spine Unit and New South Wales Spine Specialists. Dr. Guitarte practices at multiple hospitals in Northern Mindanao and is committed to providing evidence-based, patient-centered care for disorders of the spine and musculoskeletal system. He is a Fellow of the Philippine Orthopaedic Association and a member of the Philippine Spine Society. Outside of medicine, he enjoys the outdoors and spends his free time scuba diving, open-water swimming, traveling, and exploring new destinations.
