Do I need to pay first to get an appointment?

Yes, you will have to pay the fee before I will receive the request. The consultation fee includes only the following: examining the patient regarding the complaint, giving the correct diagnosis, and giving the appropriate management/prescription. There will be additional fees charges to you for any additional services offered during the consultation.

Can I message you via the NowServing app?

Yes, If you have URGENT concerns, you may send a message via the NowServing App. Please note that responses to queries will be provided during clinic hours (Monday to Friday 5:30 to 7:30 pm; Saturday to Sunday 9 am - 8 pm). There is no assurance that I will reply since I also work during office hours. However, if it is an EMERGENCY (Suicide, Overdose), we recommend that you go to an Emergency Room instead.

Do you cater to legal cases?

No, I don't cater to Medicolegal/ Civil/ VAWC/ or Criminal cases. My services are only limited to clinical services which include diagnosis and treatment.

Do you issue Medical Certificates?

Yes. Take note that a medical certificate is a legal document affixed with my signature so there will be an additional charge. Medical certificates are not part of insurance coverage and shall only be given for specific valid reasons and after the consultation.
