Can I book a schedule today?

Yes, definitely. 90% of my online bookings are same-day-consultation. We will find a common time. I'll take your preferred time as the first consideration. If you wish to have your concern attended to immediately, just let me know by messaging through the app or the mobile number provided on my profile. I'd be happy to assist you as long as I'm available or the schedule of the day permits.

How long does a typical session last?

Since every patient is distinct, cases can vary along with the necessary consultation time. A typical session lasts around 15-30 minutes. However, it can take longer if the case is complex employing our best efforts to make sure nothing is missed especially so that we are in a virtual platform. It can also be as short as 5 minutes like in cases of common cough and colds, simple work clearance, etc.

Do you issue Medical Certificates?

Yes, upon request. No additional charge/fee but shall only be given for specific valid reasons and after the consultation.

Do I need to pay first to get an appointment?

Yes. The NowServing app available to patients operates through a paywall in which consultation and other services are accessible only for those who have already paid. But they also provide ways to refund with ease in case there's a need. Don't hesitate to ask me to waive the consultation fee if financially challenged. :)
