Yes. A picture of written consent for consultation from a parent/legal guardian must be sent to the doctor upon acceptance of consult. The parent/legal guardian will be informed of the diagnosis and psychopharmacologic treatment but all OTHER ISSUES NOT CONCERNING HARM TO SELF/OTHERS will still be held CONFIDENTIAL between patient and therapist

Do you issue Medical Certificates?

Yes. Take note that a medical certificate is a legal document affixed with my signature so there will be an additional charge of 300 pesos. Medical certificates are not part of insurance coverage and shall only be given for specific valid reasons and after the consultation.

Do I need to pay first to get an appointment?

Yes, you will have to pay the fee before I will receive the request.

How long does a typical session last?

A typical session lasts around 40-60 minutes per patient. It can take longer depending on the case and needs of the patient.

Do you conduct psychotherapy in your consultation?

Yes. The first session however is a general consultation that entails a comprehensive review of your psychiatric and medical history to arrive at an initial assessment and management. The initial assessment may or may not change as we go on with our follow-ups. Should you require psychotherapy sessions based on the intake interview, such sessions will be conducted on succeeding follow-ups.

What happens if I miss my appointment?

All payments upon acceptance of consult requests are non refundable. We will contact you via video call in this platform on your scheduled appointment. If you were not able to answer the call in 20 minutes, we will allow you to reschedule on an agreed upon date and time for one more time for free. Should you fail to attend to your appointment on the said rescheduled date and time. You have to reschedule again and pay another fee for the new schedule.

Do you do Evaluation for Medicolegal/separation/annulment/adoption cases?

Unfortunately I do not offer such services as of the moment.
