Can I message you via the NowServing app?

Yes, you can send me a message through the NowServing app once I already accepted your appointment. You will receive a reply as soon as possible.

How long does a typical session last?

A typical session lasts around 30 - 60 minutes maximum time per client.

Do you issue Medical Certificates?

Only Mental Health Certificate upon clients request and which ever fits their needs and concerns after undergoing a consultation. There is also an additional fee of 500php.

What is your Cancellation Policy?

For walk-in (consultation date made within the day of the session), rescheduling must be made 5 hours before the session. For by appointment consultation (scheduled session days before the requested time slot) rescheduling of appointment must be made 24 hours before your appointment date. Failure to reschedule an appointment within the previously stated grace period means that your payment will be forfeited. This is to value and respect the time of the psychologist as well as other clients who also want to book a session with her.

What is your NO SHOW policy?

The psychologist has only 15-minute grace period to wait for you in the meeting room. If you fail to show up within the 15-minute time frame, your session will be tagged as a NO SHOW. There will be no refund for a NO SHOW.

Do I need to pay first to get an appointment?

Yes, you will have to pay the fee before I will receive the request. The consultation fee includes only the following: examining the patient regarding the complaint, giving the correct diagnosis, and giving the appropriate management/prescription. There will be additional fees charges to you for any additional services offered during the consultation.

Can I book a schedule today?

Yes. As long as there is an available schedule, requests for appointments will be immediately accommodated. If not accepted within 24 hours your request will be automatically cancelled by the system.
