My work is grounded in empowerment and respect for each individual’s self-determination. I believe that every person has the ability to grow, heal, and make meaningful choices. I value the unique strengths they bring into the counseling space and believe in their capacity for self-actualization. I hold a master’s degree in Counseling and have over ten years of experience in the field of education. Through this work, I have supported adolescents as they navigate emotional concerns, life transitions, and everyday challenges. My graduate training also allowed me to work with special populations, including older adults and individuals with gender-diverse identities. These experiences strengthened my multicultural competence and my commitment to creating a safe, affirming, and inclusive environment for all clients.
