How do I get a schedule with you?

Choose an available schedule, click "BOOK HERE" and then fill in your details including contact number and reason for consultation. Enter the 6-digit mobile code sent to mobile number in NowServing. Pay consultation fee and wait for your scheduled consultation.

Do I need to pay first to get an appointment?

You will have to pay the fee before I will receive the request.

Can I book a schedule today?

Appointments are confirmed right away as long as there’s an available schedule.

How does my company validate a medical certificate?

Obtain a clear copy of the medical certificate. Make sure it is not cropped, not blurred, and send via email to: support@nowserving.ph

Can I invite another person during the call?

Only the patient may join the call. This helps protect your privacy and keep all medical information confidential. If you need someone with you for support or assistance, kindly let me know in advance.

Can I message you via the NowServing app?

You can send me a message through the NowServing app once I already accepted your appointment.

Can I message you on your social media accounts?

Can I contact you outside the consultation?
