Do you issue Medical Certificates?

Medical certificates shall only be given for specific valid reasons and after the consultation. Take note that a medical certificate is a legal document affixed with my signature so there will be an additional charge of ₱200.

How do I get a schedule with you?

Choose an available schedule, click "BOOK HERE" and then fill in your details including contact number and reason for consultation. Enter the 6-digit mobile code sent to mobile number in NowServing. Pay consultation fee and wait for your scheduled consultation.

Do I need to pay first to get an appointment?

You will have to pay the fee before I will receive the request.

Can I book a schedule today?

As long as there is an available schedule, requests for appointments will be immediately accommodated.

Can I message you via the NowServing app?

You can send me a message through the NowServing app once I already accepted your appointment.

Can I message you on your social media accounts?

Can I contact you outside the consultation?

Yes. I am happy to answer any of your questions and will get back to you in timely fashion.
