Choose an available schedule, click "BOOK HERE" and then fill in your details including contact number and reason for consultation. Enter the 6-digit mobile code sent to mobile number in NowServing. Pay consultation fee and wait for your scheduled consultation.

Do you issue Medical Certificates?

Medical certificates shall only be given for specific valid reasons and after the consultation.

You will have to pay the fee before I will receive the request.

As long as there is an available schedule, requests for appointments will be immediately accommodated.
