Do I need to pay first to get an appointment?

For online consults, you will have to pay the fee before we proceed with the appointment. For face to face appointments, payment will be collected after the appointment. The consultation fee includes only the following: examining the patient regarding the complaint, giving the correct diagnosis, and giving the appropriate management/prescription. There will be additional fees charges to you for any additional services offered during the consultation.

How long does a typical session last?

A typical session lasts around 30 minutes per patient. It can take longer depending on the case and needs of the patient. Therefore, we appreciate your patience and understanding in waiting for your turn.
