Can I message you via the NowServing app?

You may message me on the NowServing app if you are a patient known to me, or have booked a consultation.

Do I need to pay first to get an appointment?

Payment will follow after the consultation has been completed. Instructions will be given.

Can I book a schedule today?

Yes. If there is an available schedule, same-day requests of appointments will be immediately accommodated.

Can I message you on your social media accounts?

It would be appreciated if you kept all consult-related questions limited to the NowServing platform. If you have questions that require further explanation, it is recommended that you book another consultation with me.

Can I book a face to face consultation with you?

Yes. However, face-to-face consultations are limited to the vicinity of Cebu. Specific instructions will be given regarding the face-to-face consultation.

How long do I need to wait to get a response to my booking request?

I typically accept the request within 5-10 minutes of receiving a notification of the booking.

How long does a typical session last?

This typically lasts 15 to 20 minutes per patient, but this can extend on a case-to-case basis depending on case complexity.

Do you issue Medical Certificates?

Yes. However, please do take note that a medical certificate is a legally binding, with my affixed signature. As such, they do not fall under insurance coverage, will incur an additional charge, and shall be given only for valid reasons following the consultation.

Which HMO's/Healthcards do you accept?

At present, I do not yet accept HMOs or Healthcards, but am working on accreditation.
