NO SHOW Policy

We understand that life can be unpredictable sometimes. If you anticipate being late, please inform us prior the session. Arriving late may result in a shorter session. However, if you can't make it within the first 15 minutes of your scheduled time and there has been no prior notice, the session will be marked as NO SHOW. Unfortunately, we won't be able to offer a refund for missed sessions. This is to respect the time of the counselor and other clients seeking for appointment. A new booking is required for another appointment.

Rescheduling Policy

For rescheduling request, kindly inform us at least 1-2 hours prior to the agreed scheduled time. However, you may only reschedule your appointment for no more than two times. Failure to reschedule an appointment within the stated time frame (at least 1-2 hours prior) and within the allowable number of rescheduling (two times) means that your payment will be forfeited. Your cooperation is appreciated as it allows us to manage our schedule effectively in respect to other clients seeking for appointment.

How long does a typical session last?

A typical session lasts around 45-60 minutes per client.
