Do you issue Medical Certificates?

Yes, if it is appropriate to be given.

How long do I need to wait to get a response to my booking request?

If you booked between 8 AM to 11 PM, we respond almost immediately, up to an hour. If you booked beyond clinic hours for the next day, we respond first thing in the morning.

Do you accept HMO patients from anywhere in the Philippines?

Yes. We accept Intellicare, AVEGA, Maxicare, Insular Health Care, from anywhere in the Philippines, for teleconsultation.

Which HMO's/Healthcards do you accept?

For teleconsultation: Maxicare, Intellicare, AVEGA, Insular Health Care. For physical clinic at ARC Hospital: all insurances accepted.

Can I call your contact numbers?
