Welcome! I'm a Registered Guidance Counselor dedicated to providing a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental space where you can openly share your thoughts, emotions, and life experiences. Whether you're facing academic or career concerns, stress, anxiety, relationship challenges, life transitions, or simply seeking personal growth, I'm here to walk alongside you.
With a background in Psychology and Counseling, I work collaboratively with adolescents, college students, young adults, and adults to help them better understand themselves, build healthy coping skills, and make meaningful life decisions. My counseling approach is empathetic, client-centered, and tailored to your unique needs and goals.
I believe seeking help is a sign of strength, and everyone deserves a space where they feel heard, respected, and supported. Together, we can work toward greater self-awareness, resilience, and emotional well-being.
Please note that my services focus on guidance and counseling. I do not provide psychiatric treatment, prescribe medication, or diagnose mental disorders. Referrals will be made when specialized care is needed.
