Do you prescribe medication or give psychiatric diagnoses?

I only provide psychotherapy and counseling services. If you need a psychiatric evaluation or medication, I can facilitate referrals to trusted psychiatrists and assessment centers.

What are your session rates?

Intake Session (Required for all new clients): PHP 2,000 for up to 1 hour and 30 minutes (to clarify information, background, and goals). Succeeding Sessions: PHP 1,500 for up to 1 hour. PWD Clients: PHP 1,500 per session (intake or regular) upon presentation of a valid PWD ID. Full payment is required to confirm a schedule. Do I need to pay first to get an appointment?

Yes, you will have to pay the fee before I receive the request. There will be additional fees charged to you for any additional services offered during the consultation.

How long does a typical session last?

The first (intake) session lasts up to 90 minutes (1 hour and 30 minutes) per patient, while follow-up sessions usually last 50–60 minutes.

What is your No-Show Policy?

The client or service user is considered a no-show if they do not log in within the 15-minute grace period. The fee is non-refundable for a no-show.

Can I book a face to face consultation with you?

At the moment, I only offer online sessions via SeriousMD, as well as either Zoom and/or Google Meet.

Which HMO's/Healthcards do you accept?

None at the moment. However, I can issue a digital service invoice for reimbursement purposes upon request.

Can I message you via the NowServing app?

Yes, you can send me a message through the NowServing app once I already accepted your appointment. You will receive a reply as soon as possible.

Can I message you on your social media accounts?

Please keep all consult-related questions here on this platform. For any new concerns, please book another appointment.

What if I am in crisis or need urgent support?

I do not offer 24/7 or emergency services. If you or someone you know is in danger, please contact the DOH-NCMH Crisis Hotline (0917-899-USAP / 1553) or go to the nearest emergency room of a hospital for immediate assistance.

Do you issue Medical Certificates?

I do not issue medical or fit-to-work certificates. Upon request, I may issue a Certification of Attendance or Engagement in Psychotherapy after sufficient sessions. This document states the dates and general purpose of therapy, without diagnoses or fitness statements. As this serves as a legal document affixed with my signature, a ₱200 documentation fee applies. Repeat requests within the same therapy engagement may be accommodated at no additional cost, depending on the context of the request.
