What services do you offer?
Through the NowServing online platform, Dr. Domugho provides the following medical services:
(1) Online Medical Consultation for non-emergency Adult and Pediatric Cases
(2) Follow- up consultations
(3) Routine and wellness medical checkups
(4) Laboratory requests and interpretatio
(5) Prescription and medical refills
(6) Issuance of medical certificates / fit-to-work certificates (subject to assessment)
You may send pictures and laboratory workup that may aid in the assessment and consultation period. Due to the physical limitations of teleconsult appointments, please understand that some concerns may not be accommodated. Feel free to send a message through the NowServing App for your concerns prior to booking an appointment.
How much is the consultation?
The fee billed prior by NowServing includes (1) Consultation fee and (2) Service fee for the use of the online platform.
Senior Citizens and PWDs discounts are honored. Kindly provide a picture of your Senior Citizen or PWD ID upon booking.
Do I need to pay first to get an appointment?
Yes, you will have to pay the consultation fee before I confirm the appointment request. Rest assured, you will be accommodated in the earliest available schedule.
The consultation fee includes the following: (1) examining the patient regarding the complaint, (2) giving the medical assessment / impression based of history taking and findings, (3) giving the appropriate management and prescription as needed, and (4) service charge for the online platform.
There will be additional fee charges for any additional services offered or requested during the consultation (medical certification, fit-to-work certification, etc.). These will be billed *after* your scheduled appointment.
How long do I need to wait to get a response to my booking request?
Please allow 24 hours at most for confirmation of appointment. I will reply as soon as I am able to.
Do you issue Medical Certificates?
Yes. Take note that a medical certificate is a legal document affixed with my signature. Upon request, an additional charge of P100 will be billed *after* the consultation. A digital copy of the medical certificate will be forwarded upon confirmation of payment.
Medical certificates are not part of insurance coverage and issuance shall be subject to assessment during the consultation.
Do you issue a fit to work certificate?
Yes. This is subject to assessment during your scheduled consultation.
Can I book a schedule today?
Yes. As long as there is an available schedule, requests for appointments will immediately be accommodated. If not accepted within 24 hours, your request will be automatically cancelled by the system.
How long does a typical session last?
A typical session lasts around 15 - 20 minutes per patient. It can take longer depending on the case and needs of the patient.
Which HMO's/Healthcards do you accept?
I do not accept any HMO's or Healthcards as of the moment.
Can I book a face to face consultation with you?
I have no physical clinic as of the moment. All of my private consultations are coursed online through NowServing.
